When participating in RepoAuctionHouse auctions, buyers agree to adhere to our comprehensive auction policies designed to ensure fair and transparent transactions. All bidding activity is monitored and recorded, and any attempt to manipulate the auction process through automated systems or fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.
Buyers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting items during preview periods when available and reviewing all provided condition reports. Claims regarding item condition must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Reserve prices may apply to certain items, and a buyer’s premium plus applicable sales taxes will be added to winning bids.
International buyers should be aware that they are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply. RepoAuctionHouse’s liability is limited to the purchase price of items, and we are not responsible for consequential damages, shipping delays, or damage occurring during transit unless insurance was specifically purchased.
In the event of non-payment or default, the sale may be cancelled, the item re-offered, and the defaulting bidder remains liable for any resulting damages. Account privileges may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
